Each year, thousands of college students apply to work with professional sports teams in some capacity. From ticket collectors to field maintenance, marketing assistants and clubhouse attendants, young blood runs through every organization.

In the spring of 2013, Paul Rosa secured a spot in the Yankees summer internship program. A 3-month program focusing on the daily operations of the organization, Rosa worked alongside roughly 40 other young men and women obsessed with securing full time employment with one of the most popular organizations in professional sports.
